Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant – SRE SDET to join our team. As the Lead Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) professionals and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across the entire software development lifecycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing test strategies, frameworks, and automation solutions. You will work collaboratively with other teams, including software engineers, system reliability engineers, and product managers, to identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior team members, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring timely project delivery.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software testing, test automation, and performance analysis. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
