Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Avida sales team dedicated to Makati and Manila projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and contributing to the success of Avida Land’s projects in these key locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for Avida projects in Makati and Manila.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders in the Makati and Manila real estate market.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
