Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and services provided to the customer.
- Make recommendations according to the customer’s needs on features, accessories, upgrades, and rate plans.
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, and verifying information.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information.
- Understand the future patient’s preferences.
