Job Description
Are you passionate about finance and assisting clients with their needs? We are currently seeking an Associate, Client Support to join our team at CIQ Finance.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will also oversee client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Additionally, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling our services, as well as providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
