Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Japanese Bilingual HR Solutions Services Associate IV to join our dynamic team at CONDUENT. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR solutions services to our Japanese-speaking clients. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes and practices, as well as fluency in both Japanese and English languages.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting HR assessments, developing HR strategies, interviewing candidates, and managing employee relations. You will also be tasked with providing training and support to our clients in the Japanese market, ensuring their HR needs are met efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in HR services, preferably within a multinational company.
