Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To excel in this position, you need exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions promptly. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor are essential in handling challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Providing accurate information about products and services
