Job Description
As a Credit Investigator Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that credit and loan applications are thoroughly analyzed and evaluated. Your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of credit investigators and guide them in conducting comprehensive investigations on applicants’ creditworthiness.
You will be responsible for managing the entire credit investigation process, which includes reviewing credit reports, analyzing financial statements, contacting references, and verifying information provided by applicants. Through meticulous attention to detail, you will assess the risk associated with each application and make informed recommendations to the credit committee.
In addition to supervisory duties, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as loan officers, underwriters, and legal counsel, to ensure adherence to credit policies and procedures. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team are essential for success in this role.
