Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Paralegal Officer to join our team. As a Paralegal Officer, you will provide essential support to our legal department, assisting attorneys and legal professionals in their day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare relevant reports.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Organize and maintain legal files and databases.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and external parties.
- Attend and take minutes at meetings and hearings.
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefings and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and research skills.
- Proficient in using legal software and databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
