Role: Customer Service Executive
Timings: Rotational Shifts (Permanent)

Qualifications 1
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice, tech/basic troubleshooting, chat AND email
Qualifications 2
- Senior High School Graduate / Completed at least 2 years in college
- 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice, tech/basic troubleshooting, chat OR email
Qualifications 3
- College level
- 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice and tech/basic troubleshooting
- Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work in Makati, Taguig, Pasay, Alabang & Q.C
Salary Package: up to 40k
