Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the Kitchen Head.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Execute food orders promptly and precisely, meeting the expectations of both the culinary team and guests.
- Support in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize wastage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience or formal culinary education is preferred.
- Strong passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in the culinary field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
