Job Description
DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:
Product Operations Manager
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Product Operations Associate is responsible for managing the day to day operations of Employee engagement and wellness related products that Sprout offers. She will be working closely with the Product Operations Manager on all operational aspects of Sprout’s employee engagement and wellness products. Moreover, you will be responsible for contributing to the further development of the products through your inputs on the products.
TASKS:
- Carry out the operational tasks for the assigned products
- Monitor and ensure the utilization of services, coordinating with Product Marketing if targeted campaigns need to be launched
- Consistently and systematically handle day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with Implementation teams for project transitions after onboarding
- Manage the tracking of client and contract details, utilization numbers, and other related statistics
- Determine feasibility of clients’ special requests, and executing on these ideas
- Measure and report all relevant metrics pertaining the product
- Ensure that the SLAs for the services are met
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Determined to find solutions to unique problems
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Strong empathy for customers
- Proactive and a great collaborator with team members
- Tech savvy
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar field
- Experience in any operational role would be a bonus
