Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Claims Assistant (Non-motor). As a Claims Assistant, you will play a vital role in the claims process, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of claims related to non-motor insurance policies.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with claim documentation, data entry, and liaising with policyholders, insurance agents, and other relevant parties. You will also help to investigate and evaluate claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of non-motor claims processes will be considered advantageous.
