Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with clients and other third-parties
- Assist in the complete submission of clients’ documents
- Assist in the presentation of the company’s products and services to its customers
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure the latter’s constant interest in the company’s products
- Perform clerical tasks, such as filing of documents; updating records; writing correspondences, memoranda, and emails on behalf of the sales department; coordinating with other concerned departments; and taking note of concerns and questions raised by clients.
Qualifications
- Preferably with 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, administrative assistant, or similar roles
- Preferably has a background in the real estate industry
- Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of sales processes
- Possesses good interpersonal skills, such as communication, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Willing to work at our San Juan city office
Schedule: M – F (M-Th: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm; F: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm)
