Job Description
The IT team is looking for a strong, hands-on candidate to fill the role of Retail Application Support Engineer. Our team develops solutions for the retail business and provides daily support for store and office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science
- Expertise in managing and maintaining the IT hardware infrastructure for office and stores
- Experience in database operations, such as MySQL or Oracle
- Good understanding of the fashion retail industry and business processes
- Experience working with retail POS and DRP systems, able to provide daily support to store operations
- Professional work experience ranging from 3 to 10 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
