Job Description
MyHealth Clinic is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative/ Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality customer/patient services in accordance with MyHealth policies and standards.
Job Description:
- Receive and greet patients upon entry to the clinic.
- Classify patients as walk-ins, insurance, or HMO.
- Register, cue, and endorse patients to nurse stations and other servicing units.
- Identify patient’s concerns on medical complaints.
- Coordinate with various departments, HMOs, and insurance providers to resolve queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Escalate major client concerns and requests to Clinic Manager.
- Submit required reports on a daily basis within the agreed turnaround time.
- Recommend and request materials and supplies for the department.
- Support Operations Officer by suggesting improvements to address customer service-related issues and concerns.
- Log feedback and complaints from patients who verbally express their comments/suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the same industry.
- Knowledge of database and clinic systems.
- No licensure required.
