Job Description
- Maintains manager’s calendar and manage travel details.
- Organize and maintain records.
- Arrange staff meeting.
- Update Inventory of Tools.
- Updated File of Vehicle Registration, Smoke Clearance, Traffic Clearance and other clearance permit needed by trucks for the events.
- Assists for the planning and dispatch of vehicle.
