Job Description
Ensures that internal accounting operations run accurately and smoothly. Review/guide the work of internal accounting staff of account payable, receivable, payment application, petty cash transactions, etc. Assists in the preparation of monthly and quarterly BIR, SS, PHIC, HDMF filing & payment, payroll preparation, accounting reports. Performs reconciliations of general ledger accounts. Prepares internal monthly accounting report and conducts quarterly inventory counting.
Efficient communication with external parties, such as BIR and bookkeeper to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Provides regular and timely updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- More than 3 years of experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good and smooth English communication/writing.
- Basic understanding of business administration.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.

Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
