Job Description
Aspire Global Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, striving for a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

What Qualifications You Should Have?
- at least 18 years old
- With good communication skills
- College Graduates/Fresh Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
- Vocational Course Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
- ALS Graduate, High School Graduate with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
