Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy of our products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality control procedures to identify defects, errors, or discrepancies that may occur during the production process.
You will work closely with the development team to establish quality standards and guidelines, conduct thorough testing, and document all identified issues. You will also collaborate with other departments to determine root causes of problems and develop effective solutions to enhance product performance.
In addition, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. You will report and communicate test results and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders, including management and development teams.
