Job Description
The HR intern will provide support to the HR department in various human resources functions and gain practical experience in the field of HR. This internship is an opportunity to learn about HR operations, policies, and procedures while assisting in day-to-day tasks and projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Support offboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Willing to work onsite.
