Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facility Administrator to join our team. As a Facility Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility and ensuring its smooth functioning.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize facility efficiency.
- Monitoring and maintaining facility resources, including equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
- Overseeing facility maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for staff and visitors.
- Managing budget allocations and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
