Job Description
As a Client Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and work closely with the sales team to drive customer retention and expansion.
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to coordinate client onboarding, product deliveries, and order processing. Additionally, you will maintain accurate client records and update relevant databases. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to provide timely and effective solutions to client concerns.
