Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation and preparing necessary paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, maintaining databases, and organizing files.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including processing enrollments and answering employee inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
