Job Description
HVAC Team Leader will primarily be responsible for undertaking maintenance procedures, regular checks, and routine inspections to ensure statutory compliance. The role includes carrying out repairs, minor works, and adjustments associated with installed services throughout the campus, as directed. The Team Leader will ensure efficient completion of service requests and enhance service delivery through best practices and the effective use of site systems and equipment.
- Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks, and routine inspections
- Undertake maintenance, carry out repairs, minor works, and adjustments associated with the installed services incorporating all refrigerant systems throughout the campus as directed
- Ensure efficient completion of service requests
- Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment
- Create method statements and risk assessments as required
- Carry out personal risk assessments of maintenance and repair activities
- Maintain and review stock levels, spares requirements through audit and timely ordering of parts
- Complete service reports
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with company procedures
- Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Willing to work outside of business hours to ensure maintenance regime is completed and company processes are followed
- Provide out of hours service cover as directed by Technical services team lead
- Supervise manpower
Requirements:
- Flexible attitude and ability to be a self-starter
- Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance, including HVAC & mechanical assets
- Working knowledge of mechanical plant, e.g., Boilers / Chillers / AHU’s & BMS systems
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and awareness of general health and safety laws and requirements in building
- Fabric skills
- Ability to lead
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php700.00 per day
