Job Description
Gavinos Group Inc is currently seeking an IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the technical systems of our company. You will ensure that all employees have the necessary technology to complete their work, while also safeguarding the organization’s important files and information.
Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate of BSIT
- Knowledgeable in Software/Hardware principles and troubleshooting
- Experience in Office/Operations set up is an advantage
- Adaptive in a fast-paced environment
- Trainable and hardworking
- Willing to travel to different locations
- Willing to work at Ramax Subdivision, Brgy, Pasong Tamo, Quezon City
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Configure and maintain network connections
- Assist personnel with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components
- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
- Assemble hardware devices based on required specifications
- Maintain the good functionality of the CCTV
- Provide technical support through Viber or text messages
- Repair Laptops, Desktops, and phones
- Ensure the delivery of all agreed services at the scheduled, cost, and quality agreed upon
- Deploy, configure, and install hardware and software according to documented processes and procedures for the Point of Sale system including ITS Systems
- Deploy, configure, and install hardware and software according to documented processes and procedures for the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems
- Provide Systems Test, Dry Run, and Store Opening Support for New Stores
- Provide transfer knowledge and orientation of Store Manager/ Store Supervisor on Store process, including Turn-Over report
