Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Booking Agent (GDS) at our company. As a booking agent, you will be responsible for managing and processing reservations made through Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
Your main tasks will include:
- Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Using GDS software to search for available options and provide customers with the best deals and options.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to their bookings.
- Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to ensure smooth and timely travel arrangements for customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, with a proven track record in the travel industry. Previous experience working with GDS systems is highly desirable.
