Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Officer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s computer systems and networks.
Key responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure functionality and security.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing timely technical support to users.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, email systems, and security systems.
- Conducting regular backup procedures and ensuring data security.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
