Job Description
Sourceo, a leading company in Manila, is currently seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in handling various HR duties such as recruitment, selection, orientation, exit procedures, and staff movement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all staff in Manila.
- Assist in travel and accommodation arrangement for staff.
- Update and maintain employees’ details and personal files.
- Assist and manage work review and appraisals.
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department with relevant employee information.
- Organize travel and accommodation for staff and process claim forms.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
Experience: Human Resources: 3 years (Required)
