Job Description
Are you passionate about customer service and have a strong background in IT? We have an exciting job opportunity for you as an IT Customer Care representative.
As an IT Customer Care representative, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues or inquiries, and will work closely with our technical team to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshooting technical issues, providing step-by-step instructions, and guiding customers through the problem-solving process.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating the internal knowledge base with relevant information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
