Job Description
Take inbound calls/chats to handle customer concerns Dispatch/ Manage inbound case dashboards.
Follow-up on cases by calling and emailing partners to close cases.
Runs and analyzes reports and ensures that all reports are accurate and reliable.
Requirements:
- At least 1-year Outbound Sales Experience
- With product quoting and renewal sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php37,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Account Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Outbound / Inbound Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- B2B sales / B2C Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
