Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering projects within budget and agreed timeline. He/She ensures customer satisfaction by finishing the project within standards, within budget, and on time. He/she handles all documentations necessary for proper and timely billing.
Duties also include, but are not limited to:
- Manages the team assigned to the project
- Secures permits and documentations for mobilization and demobilization
- Ensures proper assignment of personnel for proper utilization
- Monitors ongoing project, personnel, quality, budget, and timing
- Reports project updates to the department head on a daily basis
- Responsible for resolving issues encountered during project implementation
- Leads the team in the installation of equipment
- Ensures all documents and items are properly accounted for and returned prior to project turnover
- Conducts proper training to customers and ensures their understanding and satisfaction
- Conducts performance analysis
- Secures permits and documentations for mobilization and demobilization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Electronics course
- Experience in Project Management related to System Integration or Auxiliary is a plus
- Strong leadership, project management, and technical skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer focus
- Willingness to handle 20-40 projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office application and use of email for correspondences
- Willingness to do field work (to monitor and validate project progress as needed)
- No visible body tattoo
- Ready for full-time employment and willing to start immediately
- Fresh graduates (ECE) are encouraged to apply

Salary: From Php100.00 per month
