Job Description
QUALIFICATION
- COLLEGE GRADUATE
- WITH EXPERIENCE
- KNOWLEDGE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver sales output for the assigned area and implement commercial strategies to attain target volume, price, and market share through value selling and building relationships.
- Achieve the sales volume target and execute assigned key performance indicators, but not limited to the following:
- Manage and ensure to meet all volume requirements of every assigned account.
- Find new project or dealer leads that will sustain the volume and profit of the company.
- Monitor the development and activities of respective customers in the area.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
