Job Description
Are you a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills? We have an exciting job opportunity for you as a Customer Service Representative – Product Support Associate!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a Product Support Associate, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may encounter, and guide them through product features and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and friendly manner
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Document and update customer records with accurate information
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
