Job Description
We have established strategic partnerships with various organizations to assist them in addressing their staffing requirements. Our primary responsibility lies in the candidate referral process. It’s important to emphasize that we do not charge any fees related to the application process. Instead, we specialize in facilitating job placements by matching candidates with suitable positions based on their profiles. Our compensation structure is entirely commission-based.
Upon successful hiring or deployment of our referred candidates, commissions will be processed. We kindly request a waiting period of 2-3 weeks for commission disbursement.
This role offers flexibility in your work arrangements; however, we do require you to submit an End-of-Day (EOD) report to ensure alignment with our mutual objectives. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated as we work towards our shared goals.
