Job Description
Overall Function:
Performs human resource development functions such as learning and development, talent acquisition, and performance management. Other areas of responsibility include research, reporting, and documentation of HR development processes, programs, and systems.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with MA units in HR or Industrial Relations
· At least two years of experience in administrative support and training
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
· Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organization and planning skills
Job Type: Full-time
