Job Description
Customer Support Agent plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries or issues. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat platforms.
Your main duties and responsibilities as a Customer Support Agent include:
- Assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their questions or concerns
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Documenting and maintaining accurate customer records and interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
