Job Description
– With experience as a barista and handles a team of barista
– Proficient in using office tools for reporting purposes
– Strong and assertive personality
– Willing to work on flexible hours
– Point of contact among barista and partners and handles daily operations
– Conduct weekly store visits and audits
– Monitoring of store assets, inventories, and barista behavior
– Strategize to improve the overall process and sales performance of each store
– Coordination with mall officers and third-party officers related to operations
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
