Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed cost analysis and estimations for construction projects.
- Preparing and managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and cost variations.
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective project plans.
- Reviewing and analyzing contractor bids and proposals.
- Monitoring construction progress and assessing any potential cost risks or deviations.
- Preparing reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
