Job Description
Prepares bank reconciliation
Implements the internal accounting system for recording all transactions and preparation of management and regulatory reports.
Monitors compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements such as government reportorial requirements, annual BIR registration, annual registration of book of accounts, and monitoring & collection of 2307 from customers.
Handles BIR compliance reporting (Monthly and Quarterly BIR reporting, 1601C, etc.).
In-charge in renewal of business permits and licenses.
Ensures timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial reports and tax forms to the relevant regulatory entities.
Ensures timely encoding and posting of transactions in the system.
Performs other financial activities as may be required.
