Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Monitor and maintain the required manpower of all stores.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Performs admin tasks that are detrimental to day-to-day operation.
- Experience in volume and retail recruitment is an advantage.
- Graduate Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or any four-year business course.
- With strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned in RRJ Zamboanga Warehouse located at Heavenbount Realty Corp. Km 12 Panacan Diversion Road, Davao City.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php12,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Mandaue, Cebu (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Mandaue, Cebu: Relocate before starting work (Required)
