QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• WITH OWN MOTORCYCLE
• At least 3 years’ related work experience
• With a background in financing institution
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with the different Loan and financial processes is an advantage
• Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with a great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.

BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote, offer, and secure loans via door-to-door marketing
• Verify and confirm the authenticity of the borrower’s information and requirements in accordance with company policies & procedures
• Release loan proceeds to borrowers
• Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns, and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments
• Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts
• Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies
• Analyze the market’s potential
• Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed
