Job Description
As a NetSuite Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective training and development of our employees to maximize their proficiency in using NetSuite software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging training sessions on NetSuite functionality, customization, and technical best practices.
- Developing comprehensive training materials, including user guides, online tutorials, and video demonstrations.
- Conducting one-on-one or group training sessions to address specific needs or challenges.
- Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve training programs.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest NetSuite product updates and enhancements.
