Job Description
A Platform Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the functionality and efficiency of a specific platform or system. As a Platform Administrator, your main duties will include installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software components.
You will be tasked with monitoring system performance, ensuring security and data integrity, and managing user accounts and access permissions. Additionally, you may be responsible for conducting regular system audits, implementing upgrades and patches, and providing technical support to users.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of various operating systems, network protocols, and database management. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also important to effectively resolve issues and collaborate with different teams.
