Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Updating control sheets, preparing bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, schedules, payroll, cheques, sales and expenses spreadsheets, and HST & WSIB remittances.
  • Providing assistance in Corporate and Personal Tax Return inputting.
  • Ensuring timely preparation of T4s, T4As, NRAs, T5s, etc., for clients and maintaining ongoing communication with managers.
  • Completing tax slips and matching them with the bookkeeping package.
  • Maintaining and accessing clients’ data, filing, and scanning in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy graduate.
  • CPA certification is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be flexible in working schedules.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Parañaque.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
