Job Description
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products or services provided by GOURMET FOOD MANUFACTURING CORP. They develop and implement quality control measures, conduct regular audits, and provide guidance to the quality assurance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing guidance and training to the quality assurance team.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas requiring attention.
- Collaborating with other departments to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
