Job Description
· Know-how and understanding about demographic and behavioral pattern of any given market segment.
· Conducts market research, competition and trends.
· Establishes weekly presentation of marketing campaigns, brand promotions and deliverables to the General Manager for review and approval.
· Negotiating, closing contracts and representing the company in partnership programs with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Local Travel Agencies (TAs), Out of Home ad/billboard locations (OOH), and other third-party partners and vendors.
· Assists in the absence of the Digital Media and Marketing Manager of organizing and managing social media, channel platforms, and other online forum in promoting the company’s brand, products and services.
· Organizes and attends marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
· Plans advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
· Prepares content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
· Answering client queries, resolves issues and concerns, and providing immediate feedback.
