Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative with proven sales experience to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and professional assistance.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
