Job Description

Duties and Responsibility:

• End to end recruitment process
• Ensure that all pre-employment requirements are collected, monitored and updated in the Employee 201 files
• Provides day-to-day HR support to employees and operations team regarding processes, policies, and legislation
• Track, organize and review records, reports, and documentation of all grievance and disciplinary measures
• Timely and accurate collection/review of documents that may affect in provision of employee benefits such as statutory numbers
• Conducts on-boarding employee orientation and off-boarding exit interviews of employees
• Impose a high level of confidentiality for sensitive information such as salary, assigned tasks, and other high-level company-related information
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, plans, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Php610.00 – Php650.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 per week
