Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Grad | B2 AM Score and up
- With 1 year call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
