Responsibilities:

• Listens to the calls of the collection team to conduct quality checks, ensuring that collection staff are compliant with the regulations and policies in place.
• Prepares reports based on collection activities such as (but not limited to) delinquent account status or progress.
• Conducts data analysis of the collection activities and other related information/data obtained.
• Performs other administrative duties aligned with the Collections team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, any course.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• Experience in collection support/administrative functions, and/or data collection/analytics.
• Knowledge/experience in quality check/analysis for collection.
• CAN START ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,150.00 – Php19,150.00 per month
